At Salty Crew, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear for your next voyage. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack the Gear

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached, and securely affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
